Job duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Prospect for buyer leads.
* Conduct a thorough needs analysis of buyer leads.
* Identify, schedule and show homes to prospective buyers.
* Handle open houses and follow up on all leads from visitors
* Negotiate, write and submit all offers for home buyers.
* Track all client communication and prospects in CRM.
* Provide regular updates on status of prospective buyers.
