Cynthia Cohn & Associates is a Pasadena-based residential real estate firm built on thoughtful guidance, meticulous attention to detail, and deeply personalized service. Together with a dedicated support team, we work closely with Pasadena homeowners who are navigating the emotional and practical complexities of changing home sizes – whether that means scaling up, scaling down, or stepping into a new chapter. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that promise is felt in every interaction, every detail, and every experience.

Your Purpose in this Role

You will be the steward of the Cynthia Cohn & Associates client experience – ensuring every family we serve feels supported, appreciated, and genuinely cared for – before, during, and long after closing. You will bring thoughtful presence, impeccable follow-through, and intentional care to every interaction. This position blends relationship stewardship, hospitality-driven service (think Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company), proactive empathy, and operational excellence to ensure that we continue to elevate our clients’ experience at every touchpoint. You will also assist our operations team with daily errands.

What You’ll Do

Build and Nurture Meaningful Relationships

  • Assist Cynthia and the team in managing and deepening connections with all of our clients, vendors, and sphere of influence
  • Gain an understanding of each client’s unique preferences, milestones, and personal details creating personal experiences for each family we serve
  • Create heartfelt moments that reflect care and warmth through beautiful handwritten notes, curated personal gifts, and care packages
  • Reach out with empathy during difficult life seasons and celebrate life’s joys with intentional meaning

Enhance the Client Journey

  • Anticipate needs and proactively make recommendations to improve the client experience
  • Manage our Client Appreciation Program with thoughtfulness and precision
  • Collect client feedback and support improvements that align with our brand of service excellence

Plan and Execute Events

  • Client and vendor appreciation events
  • Networking for a Cause Mixers

Support Our Team & Culture

  • Coordinate the celebration of internal team milestones
  • Support our operations team daily with errands pertaining but not limited to our real estate transactions
  • Create thoughtful team building experiences

Serve with Heart and Excellence

  • Ensure every interaction and detail reflects our brand commitment to warmth, responsiveness, clarity, and trust
  • Contribute to a culture where clients feel supported, understood, and part of our family

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of high-touch client service or relationship management experience
  • Hospitality background strongly preferred
  • Project management and follow-through experience
  • Clear, professional, and warm written and verbal communication
  • Creativity
  • Exceptional cursive handwriting
  • Polished presence
  • Reliable transportation
  • Local resident

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full time – 40 hours per week
  • $25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days
